How are encouragement bonuses paid out?
Encouragement bonuses are issued as store credit. These bonuses do not expire and are separate from commission payouts.
Do bonuses affect my commission rate?
No. Bonuses are separate and do not impact your commission tier.
Do commission levels reset?
No. Commission levels are based on lifetime referred sales and do not expire.
Can I lose my commission level if I slow down?
