Thank you for shopping with Haven Curations. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and understand our return process clearly.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within fourteen days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage are not eligible for return.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to personalized or custom items, final sale items, digital products, gift cards, and items marked as non returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at care@havencurations.com within fourteen days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Store Credit Only
Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital credit or gift card and does not expire unless otherwise stated. Store credit may be used toward future purchases on our website.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
