Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
During high volume periods or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer standard flat rate shipping for orders within the United States.
Standard shipping is $9.90.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 before taxes and after discounts.
Shipping rates and eligibility for free shipping are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
Haven Curations is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Haven Curations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery office before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees or order cancellation.
Haven Curations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations after it has been processed or shipped.
