Before You Order
• A digital proof will be sent before production begins
• Review your proof carefully for spelling, punctuation, names, dates, and overall design before approving it
• Corrections may be requested before final approval. Layout changes are available only when offered for the individual design
• Once the proof is approved, production begins and changes or cancellations can no longer be accepted

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.
